All units have tile baths with tubs and showers.Kitchens have refrigerators, 2 burner stoves, microwaves, and are fully equipped with glasses, dishes, cooking utensils, cutlery, etc. Motel rooms have a small refrigerator. All rooms have individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Maid service daily except Sundays and Holidays. Sorry no pets.

Daily rate applies to two or more nights. One night rate $5.00 additional. Advise us of when you are arriving, how long you plan to stay and type of accommodations desired. A $100.00 deposit will bring you a confirmed reservation for a week stay. Rate is subject to Florida Sales Tax. Confirmed reservation dates are firm. Deposits returned with at least a 21 day (3 week) cancellation notice. $50.00 service charge on all cancellations. 5 day minimum on efficiencies and on all rooms during Holiday Weekends. Prices subject to change without notice.

*Suites are end units and have spectacular Gulf view. Individually controlled central heat and air. Private balcony with sliding glass doors off bedroom and living room. Color cable TV in bedroom and living room. Queen size leather sleeper sofa in living room and queen size bed in bedroom. Full bath with tub and shower. Sorry, no Smoking. Adults only. 5 night minimum.
